Udupi sees declining trend in COVID cases

Udupi, Oct 26: Udupi district saw a declining trend in the number of COVID positives on Monday with 44 cases.

Udupi district has been witnessing a decrease in the COVID cases in the recent weeks. However the number on Monday is the lowest after many days.

Udupi and Kundapur Taluk recorded 19 cases each and Karkala had 6. All except three are under Home Isolation.

Death: Male (71) from Udupi taluk died due to drome, Sepsis with Septic Shock, bilateral psoas hematoma with retroperitoneal hemorrhage, Seizure Disorder, Ischemic heart disease and Hypertension.
