Mangaladevi as Mahishasura Mardhini
Mangaluru, Oct 22: On the sixth day of Navarathri Sri Mangaladevi is in ‘Mahishasura Mardhini,’ Alankara.
Mahisha Mardhini is one of the most courageous and fierce form of the Goddess. She is wearing dark red mixed with blue coloured saree. She is holding ‘Chakra,’ sword and ‘Trishul’ and blessing devotees through ‘Abhaya mudra.’
