Dr Naveen Bhat posted Udupi ZP CEO
Udupi, Oct 04: IAS officer Dr Naveen Bhat Y has been posted as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Udupi Zilla Panchayat.
A Karnataka Cadre IAS officer of 2017 batch, he is currently serving as Assistant Commissioner of Hassan.
Naveen had secured 37th rank (All India ranking) in UPSC Examination 2016.
After having primary education at Moodabidri Rotary English Medium School and High School at Infant Jesus English Medium School, Modankapu, he completed PUC at Shree Sathya Sai Lokaseva PU College.
In 2009 CET, he stood first in Engineering and 26th in Medical. He did his MBBS from Bengaluru Medical College and then got 37th rank in UPSC.
His father Umesh Bhat is serving as the Executive Engineer in Mangaluru University. The family hails from Yellur in Udupi district.
