COVID-19: 237 new cases in Dakshina Kannada

Mangaluru, July 18: Dakshina Kannada on Saturday recorded 237 positive cases increasing the total number of positive in the district to 3,311.

The district bulletin states that as 109 patients were discharged on Saturday. Thus the total number of active cases in the district is 1,848. Four deaths were reported on Saturday. 

Deaths: 

1.74 year female from Puttur. Death on July 17.

2. 67 year male from Mangaluru Taluk. Death on July 18.

3. 49 year old female from Mangaluru Taluk. Death on July 18.

4. 61 year female from Mangaluru Taluk. Death on July 18.
