INHS Patanjali strives to make Uttara Kannada COVID-19 free

INHS Patanjali has treated 9 patients from Bhatkal. The last patient was discharged on April 30.
Karwar: INHS Patanjali, which is at the frontline in treating COVID-19 positive patients from the Uttar Kannada District, has contributed its might towards making the district COVID-19 free.
Acting on a request from the Uttara Kannada District Administration, INHS Patanjali was prepared in every aspect within 24 hours to receive the first group of COVID-19 positive patients on March 28.
The hospital treated nine COVID-19 patients from Bhatkal. All the patients are cured and reached their home town. The last patient was discharged two days ago.
INHS Patanjali had provided quality care and ensured the speedy recovery of all nine COVID-19 patients admitted to the hospital since March 24.
The first group of COVID-19 positive patients was admitted to the hospital on March 28.
A tireless team of doctors, nurses, medical and support staff ensured 24 x 7 care to the COVID-19 patients, who expressed gratitude for their effective treatment.
Discharging of the last COVID-19 patient from INHS Patanjali also coincides with the Uttar Kannada District being declared an ‘Orange Zone’, – a vital milestone in the fight against COVID-19 and indicative of the contribution of the hospital in ensuring, a ‘COVID free Uttara Kannada’.
