Jabalpur – Coimbatore weekly superfast festival special train on Konkan route
Udupi, Oct 22: Jabalpur Jn. – Coimbatore Jn. – Jabalpur Jn (Train no. 02198 / 02197) weekly superfast festival special (Fully Reserved) will run on Konkan route in co-ordination with West Central Railway.
Monsoon Timings (Up to Oct 31) :
Train No. 02198 Jabalpur Jn. – Coimbatore Jn. Weekly Superfast Festival Special (Fully Reserved) will leave from Jabalpur Jn. at 11 am every Saturday from Oct 24th to 31st. Train will reach Coimbatore Jn. at 4:4 am on the third day.
Train No. 02197 Coimbatore Jn. – Jabalpur Jn. Weekly Superfast Festival Special (Fully Reserved) will leave from Coimbatore Jn. at 3.30 pm every Monday from October 26th to 31st. Train will reach Jabalpur Jn. at 8:00 am on the third day.
Non-Monsoon Timings (from Nov 01 onwards) :
Train No. 02198 Jabalpur Jn. – Coimbatore Jn. Weekly Superfast Festival Special (Fully Reserved) will leave from Jabalpur Jn. at 11 am every Saturday from Nov 07 to Nov 28. Train will reach Coimbatore Jn. at 2.50 am on the third day.
Train No. 02197 Coimbatore Jn. – Jabalpur Jn. Weekly Superfast Festival Special (Fully Reserved) will leave from Coimbatore Jn. at 6 pm every Monday from Nov 2 to 30. It will reach Jabalpur Jn. at 8.00 am on the third day.
Train will halt at Narsinghpur, Gadarwara, Pipariya, Itarsi Jn., Harda, Khandwa, Bhusaval Jn. , Nasik Road, Panvel, Roha, Khed, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Kudal, Thivim, Madgaon, Karwar, Kumta, Mookambika Road Byndoor, Kundapura, Udupi, Mulki, Mangalore Jn., Kasaragod, Kanhangad, Payyanur, Kannur, Tellicherry, Vadakara, Kozhikode, Tirur, Shoranur Jn. and Palghat stations.
Composition : Total 17 Coaches = Two Tier AC – 01 Coach, 3 Tier AC – 05 Coaches, Sleeper – 09 Coaches, SLR – 02.
All norms of State & Central Government regarding COVID-19 including social distancing, sanitization etc should be followed in trains and at the Railway stations, according to Konkan Railway Chief Public Relation Officer L K Verma.
