Guest Lecture on Youth’s Role in Nation Building Ignites Passion for Positive Change at Srinivas University
Mangaluru, June 12, 2023: The Institute of Aviation Studies at Srinivas University organized a guest lecture on the “Role of Youth in Nation Building.”
Held on June 8, 2023, the event aimed to empower and inspire young individuals to actively contribute to their nation’s development and progress. The esteemed guest speaker for the lecture was Swami Vimokshanandiji Maharaj, President of the Ramakrishna Mission in Singapore. Bellala Gopinath Rao, an Ex-Serviceman from the Indian Army was the guest.
Swami Vimokshanandiji Maharaj, renowned for his vast knowledge and expertise, delivered an enlightening discourse on various facets pertaining to nation-building. He emphasized the pivotal role of the youth in shaping the future, urging them to harness their potential for positive change. Drawing from personal experiences and extensive research, the esteemed speaker passionately conveyed the significance of youth engagement, innovation, and social responsibility.
The session commenced with a prayer led by Mr. Abhishek Kini, a first-year BBA (Aviation Management) student. Dr. Pavithra Kumari, Dean of the Institute of Aviation Studies welcomed the gathering. Prof. Chaitra, a faculty member at the Institute of Aviation Studies delivered the vote of thanks. The program was compered by Prof. Deekshitha, faculty member.
