Art and Environmentalism combine at Institute of Aviation Studies’ collage making competition
Mangaluru, March 12, 2023: Srinivas University’s Institute of Aviation Studies hosted a Collage Making Competition on March 10.
The event aimed to enhance students’ artistic skills and raise awareness about the issue of Global Warming.
The competition was exclusively organized for B.B.A Aviation Studies students and was overseen by Dr. Pavithra Kumari, Dean Institute of Aviation Studies and Prof. Kavyashri, Course Coordinator, Institute of Aviation Studies. A large number of students enthusiastically participated in the competition, which showcased their creative abilities in every piece of collage created.
The theme of Global Warming was creatively portrayed in each of the collages presented by the students.
The winners of the competition were announced by Dr. Pavithra Kumari, Dean, Institute of Aviation Studies. Akshitha J Kotian, Sindhoora P.S, and Vibha, all from III years B.B.A Aviation and Logistics Management, secured the first place. Abhishek Kini, Mithun, and Tanisha, all from I years B.B.A Aviation Management, secured the second place. Seema K, Mokshitha Raj, and Shreya Poojary, all from II years B.B.A Aviation Management, took the third place.
The Collage Making Competition was an exceptional platform for the students to showcase their artistic abilities while raising awareness about a crucial issue such as Global Warming.
