Two special trains on Konkan route to be augmented with three coaches

Udupi, Sept 23, 2021: The West Central Railway has decided to augment coaches on a permanent basis to clear extra rush of passengers.

Train no. 02198 / 02197 Jabalpur Jn. – Coimbatore Jn. – Jabalpur Jn. Weekly Superfast Festival Special: 01 First AC and 02 Sleeper Coaches are permanently augmented to the existing composition of 21 Coaches. Train will run with a revised composition of 24 coaches from the following days:

Train no. 02198 Jabalpur Jn. – Coimbatore Jn. Weekly Superfast Festival Special ex. Jabalpur Jn. with effect from Sept 24 (Friday).

Train no. 02197 Coimbatore Jn. – Jabalpur Jn. Weekly Superfast Festival Special ex. Coimbatore Jn. with effect from Sept 27 (Monday).
