Dakshina Kannada: Over 44 thousand vaccine doses administered

Mangaluru, June 21, 2021: A record number of 44,392 people were vaccinated in Dakshina Kannada on Monday as part of the Mega Vaccination drive.

Dakshina Kannada stands sixth in the list of districts with the highest coverage in the state.

In Dakshina Kannada, the highest number of vaccine was administered in Mangaluru Taluk. As many as 20,942 people were vaccinated in Mangaluru.

Mangaluru was followed by Bantwal (10,491), Puttur (5,928), Belthangady (4,606), and Sullia (2,425).
