Travelling abroad for job and education: No certification needed for people above 45 years

Udupi, June 08, 2021: Udupi district administration had asked people in the 18-44 age group going abroad for jobs and studies to apply with Annexure-3 to get themselves vaccinated on priority.

But officials have noted even those above 45 years who want to go abroad applying with Annexure-3.

Udupi district Additional DC Sadashiva Prabhu has clarified that there is no need for those above 45 years to do so.
“We are seeing people above 45 years coming to deputy commissioner’s office for Annexure-3. This is not needed. They can directly go to the nearby government hospital or are primary health centers with their passport as identity proof and get themselves vaccinated,” the ADC said.
