Hike in Railway fare?
New Delhi, Jan 06, 2021: Will there be a hike in Railway fare? Few media outlets and social media messages claimed that Indian Railways is planning a hike in the fare from January 6.
However Press Information Bureau (PIB) Fact Check has declared this claim to be fake and baseless.
“There is no proposal under consideration to increase the fares,” the PIB Fact Check clarified.
