Interested candidates must submit applications on or before December 22, providing details such as name, address, photograph, name of the dish, ingredients required, preparation time and a brief description of the cooking method. Judging will be based on presentation, ingredients used, taste, aroma and nutritional value. The decision of the judges will be final. Separate prizes will be awarded for millet-based sweet, savoury dishes and forgotten foods.
