Two students of the Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, Vijayanagar enter India Book of Records
Mysuru, Dec 01, 2024: Two students from the city have made a remarkable entry into the India Book of Records through their exceptional accomplishments.
These two students of the Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, Vijayanagar, have brought pride to the city by securing their places in the esteemed India Book of Records with their distinctive achievements.
According to a press statement Bhavish Gowda J, a seventh-grade student (Drona), has made his mark by reciting 20 Shlokas from the 12th Chapter of the Bhagavad Gita in an astonishing time of just 1 minute and 24 seconds. Meanwhile, fellow student Samrudh MK, also in Grade 7 (Drona), has set a record by reciting the Vishnu Sahasranama, which comprises 108 shlokas, in a remarkable time of 5 minutes, 2 seconds, and 19 milliseconds.
The school principal, along with the teaching and non-teaching staff, as well as the management, extended their congratulations to both students. Principal Shivaraj remarked that the achievements of these two students exemplify the school’s comprehensive academic approach and the opportunities afforded to students for their success.
