Kempegowda International Airport named Best Airport by ACI’s ASQ Arrival Survey Globally for the year 2022
Bengaluru, March 07, 2023: Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru, commonly known as BLR Airport, has added another feather to its cap by being named the ‘Best Airport at ACI’s ASQ Arrival Survey Globally for the year 2022’.
The Airports Council International (ACI) World recognized the airport for its customer-centric approach, efficient deboarding procedures, and streamlined immigration and customs processes, organized baggage claim services, and AI-powered assistance robots.
The BLR Airport has emerged as the winner among 15 participating airports worldwide, marking a momentous achievement.

The ASQ is the world’s leading airport customer experience measurement which is based on live research via surveys gathered at the airport from travellers and rating their satisfaction on the day of travel.
