Rahul visits silk processing unit
Bengaluru, Oct 09, 2022: During the Bharat Jodo Yatra, Rahul Gandhi visited a silk processing unit and spoke to the workers there to understand the production process.
Rahul briefly met a woman who had been waiting for hours to see Indira Gandhi’s grandson. She wanted to introduce to him her own grandson- who was being treated at a hospital also named after Indira Gandhi!
In the evening the Yatris walked 10 kilometres from Chikkanayakanahalli to their evening break at Ankanabavi, Tumkur.
The Yatra is at present in Tumkur district.
