Sangeet Bharati to host Swar-Samarpan on Dec 12
Mangaluru, Dec 11, 2021: Sangeet Bharati Foundation, Mangaluru, and Sangeetacharya Pt D V Kanebuva Pratishthan of Pune will organize Swar Samarpan on December 12.
With musicians of national renown attending the concert, the event will host a feast for the music lovers, Ustad Rafique Khan, the President of Sangeet Bharathi Foundation (R) Mangalore said in a press statement.
The program featuring classical vocal music concerts is being held as part of the birth centenary of Pt Bheemsen Joshi. The event will be held at Ravindra Kala Bhavan of Mangalore University College, Hampankatta.
The program includes classical vocal concert by Krishna Mukhedkar of Pune, Santoor recital by Dhananjay Daithankar and classical Vocal concert by Manjusha Patil. Prashanth Pandav of Pune on the Tabla and Narendra L. Nayak of Mangaluru on the Harmonium will accompany the main artistes.
The entry is free for all music lovers to Swar-Samarpan program. The audience should strictly follow all COVID 19 safety norms.
