Govt to develop app for Jan Aushadi Kendras

Mangaluru, Oct 29, 2021: The Chemical and Fertilizers department has plans to develop an app providing complete information about the Jan Aushadi Kendras.

Union Minister of State for Chemical and Fertilizers Bhagwanth Khuba told this at the Jan Aushada Mitra Sammelan held today.

“We will develop an app that will have complete information about the Jan Aushada Centers. It will have the details about the medicines available in the Centers,” he said.

New Janaushada Centers will be opened in the district in addition to the existing ones.

“The poor should get employment, food, shelter, toilet and medicines and medical facilities at affordable costs. Those below the poverty line should get free medical services,” he opined.
