Mangaluru City Police arrest two for illegal sand mining

Mangaluru, Oct 20, 2021: Mangaluru Police have arrested two allegedly involved in illegal sand mining near Ullal on Tuesday night.

Officials said that around midnight two persons- Rayal D’Souza and Mayyadi were arrested for illegal sand mining at Uchila seashore. The police seized 2 lorries and three motorcycles were seized. Police have registered two FIRs at Ullal Police station.

The case is under investigation.
