Cyber Crime investigation: Karnataka to sign MoU with Gujarat
Udupi, Oct 09, 2021: Karnataka government will shortly sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Gujarat to strengthen the cybercrime investigation in the state.
Home Minister Araga Jnanendra told this during his Udupi visit today. The Home Minister was in Udupi to inaugurate the Police Guest House.
“Police officials need advanced training to deal with cybercrime. According to the MoU police officials from Karnataka will go to Gujarat for training,” he said.
The state will also shortly have ‘scene of crime officers.’ They are specialized in the collection and preservation of evidence at the crime scene.
