Augmentation of coaches in Ganpati Special Trains

Udupi, Sept 08, 2021: Konkan Railway and Central Railway has decided to augment coaches in Ganpati Special Trains to clear extra rush of passengers during Ganpati Festival – 2021.

Two Sleeper Coaches are augmented to the existing composition of  22 coaches. The following special trains will run with a revised composition of 24 coaches:

1. Train no. 01247 Pune – Madgaon Jn. Special ex. Pune on Sept 8 .
2. Train no. 01250 Madgaon Jn. – Panvel Special ex. Madgaon Jn. on Sept 9.
3. Train no. 01249 Panvel – Karmali Special ex. Panvel on Sept 10.
4. Train no. 01248 Karmali – Pune Special ex. Karmali on Sept 10.
5. Train no. 01257 Lokmanya Tilak (T) – Sawantwadi Road Special ex. Lokmanya Tilak (T) on Sept 7.
6. Train no. 01260 Sawantwadi Road – Panvel Special ex. Sawantwadi Road on Sept 7.
7. Train no. 01259 Panvel – Sawantwadi Road Special ex. Panvel on Sept 8.
8. Train no. 01258 Sawantwadi Road – Lokmanya Tilak (T) Special ex. Sawantwadi Road on Sept 8.
