Very heavy rain likely in Coastal Karnataka
Udupi, July 08, 2021: Isolated places in Coastal Karnataka are likely to receive very heavy rainfall in the next few days.
India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange alert from Friday morning.

Valid until 8.30 am of July 10: Thunderstorms with lightning likely to occur at isolated places over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka.
Heavy to very heavy rainfall likely to occur at isolated places over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka when rainfall exceeds from 64.5 mm to 115.6 mm or more
Valid until 8.30 am of July 11: Heavy to very heavy rainfall likely to occur at isolated places over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka when rainfall exceeds from 64.5 mm to 115.6 mm or more.
