Hundreds of devotees come to offer prayers to Kateelamma every day. One of the problems was the lack of a parking area. Devotees had to park at a distant place and come to the temple. During the Brahmakalashotava held in 2020, the temple administration had purchased about 20 cents land right in front of the temple. This along with the land belonging to the temple was used to carve out a spacious parking lot in about 1 acre land.
