Parent-Teacher meeting at St Mary’s College
Udupi, Feb 26, 2021: The Department of Computer Science of St Mary’s College, Shirva organized the Parent-Teacher Meeting for BCA students today.
Dr. Herald Ivan Monis, Principal, in his presidential remarks stressed the crucial role of parents and teachers in molding the future of students.
“Parents and teachers need to pay more attention towards the health of students to get away from the evils of the society. Pass out students have given a positive remark about the Computer Science Department’s role in assisting students to pursue higher education and placement,” he said.
He also appreciated the Campus Placement Drive organized recently on the campus.
In the meeting, parents were given a chance to review the student’s progress in studies.
Lieutenant K. Praveen Kumar, Head of Computer Science Department and Director of Information Technology Club, Lecturer Divyashree, Sushma, Prakash, parents, students, teaching and non -teaching faculty members were present.
Priyanka and team of II BCA rendered the prayer service. Kripa, III BCA welcomed the gathering, Shobhitha proposed the vote of thanks and Dakshyani compered the program.
