Central team visits Udupi, collects rain damage details

Udupi, Dec 14, 2020: The Inter-Ministerial Central Team visited Udupi district on Monday and collected details about the damage due to rains.

Many places in the district were affected due to flood and rain in September.

The team visited places like Bommarabettu and Shivalli that were severely affected by the flood and rain.

MLA Raghupathi Bhat who participated in the meeting drew the attention of the team about the damage due to the rains. He asked the officials to ensure maximum compensation to the businessmen who were severely affected.
