R Raghuraman assumes charge as Additional Divisional Railway Manager
Mangaluru, Nov 25, 2020: R. Raghuraman has assumed charge as Additional Divisional Railway Manager-I of Palakkad Division of Southern Railway on November 23.
Before joining as ADRM, R. Raghuraman was Deputy Chief Operations Manager (Freight) at Southern Railway Headquarters, Chennai. He had adorned various positions in the Indian Railways system over the span of the last 37 years of service. R.Raghuraman, belongs to Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS)2000 batch and joined Indian Railways in the year 1983.
He worked in Southern Railway as Senior Divisional Operations Manager at Salem & Madurai Divisions and as Deputy Chief Operations Manager, Head Quarters, Chennai handling Safety, Freight Operations Information System and Coaching. He was Principal of Zonal Railway Training Institute (ZRTI), Tiruchchirappalli from March 2012 to February 2016.
