Manipal Arogya Card enrolment extended till Nov 30
Manipal Nov 2: Due to public demand, the Manipal Arogyacard enrolment has been extended till Nov 30.
“As part of 20th year observation, we introduced simple card making process. Pre- printed smart card will be issued to the cardholder on the spot. Quick access program has been introduced for the easy flow of making the cards,” Medical Superintendent Dr. Avinash Shetty said.
Membership:
- Individual membership for 1 person, at ₹ 250.
- Family membership includes spouse and any number of children below 25 years at ₹ 500 and
- Family plus membership includes individual, spouse, any number of unmarried children below 25 years and up to 4 parents including in-laws at ₹ 650.
For 2 year scheme Individual scheme at ₹ 400, Family at ₹ 700 and Family plus at ₹ 850.
Arogya Card can be use any number of times in one year or two year according to plan.
The Manipal Arogya Card holder can avail following discount at Kasturba Hospital, Manipal
- · 50% discount on all Specialist or Super specialist doctor consultation
- · 30% discount on Diagnostics and Laboratory investigations
- · 25% discount on Inpatient bill excluding consumables in General Ward
- · 20% discount on Radiology investigation
- · 20% discount on OP procedures and Diabetic Foot care
- · Up to 12% on the Medicines purchased from Hospital Pharmacy
The scheme is applicable in the Manipal Group hospitals in Coastal Karnataka & Goa.
Kasturba Hospital Manipal, Dr. T. M. A. Pai Hospital Udupi and Dr. T. M. A. Pai Rotary Hospital Karkala, KMC Hospital Dr. B. R. Ambedkar circle and KMC Hospital Attavar in Mangaluru, Durga Sanjeevani Manipal Hospital, Kateel and 2 Dental Colleges namely Manipal College of Dental Sciences Manipal and Mangaluru & Manipal Hospital Goa.
