No entry for public during Kollur Rathotsavam
Udupi, Oct 20: In the backdrop of COVID-19, Kollur Sri Mookambika Temple administration has decided not to allow public during the Ratotsavam on October 24.
As per tradition, Rathotsavam is held on Mahanavami (9th day of Navarathri) at Kollur Sri Mookambika temple.
But this year due to COVID, the temple administration has decided to ban the entry of the public to the event.
The order issued by the Executive Officer states that the Rathotsavam will be held on October 24 and will be attended only by the Archaks, staff members, and temple officials.
There will be no darshan for devotees from 5 pm onwards on October 24.
Vidyarambha will start on the next day (October 25) from 4 am. However only parents and the child will be allowed to attend the program.
