Vilas Nayak pays touching tribute to SPB
Mangaluru, Sep 25: Famous artist Vilas Nayak has paid tributes to Dr S P Balasubrahmanyam.
A well known speed painting artist who hails from Dakshina Kannada, once appreciated by SPB for his painting has shared a touching tribute .
