COVID-19: 250-plus cases in Udupi district
Udupi, Aug 21: Udupi district recorded two deaths and 278 new cases on Friday.
The total number of cases in Udupi is 9,668 of which 6,857 are discharged and 2,729 active cases. With two deaths on Friday, the total deaths in the district have increased to 82.
Meanwhile, as many as 365 were discharged today (204 from hospitals and 161 from Home Isolation).
Deaths:
A 61-year old male from Kundapur and an 80-year-old male from Udupi.
