Cases booked against home quarantine violators in Udupi

Udupi, July 28: Officials have booked FIR against 69 who violated home quarantine in Udupi district.

“We have noted that some people violate Home Quarantine creating hurdles in controlling COVID,” Deputy Commissioner G Jagadeesh stated in a press statement.

“A tab is kept on them through Quarantine Watch App. Despite warning the violators, some people continue to defy the rules. FIR has been booked against 69 people in the district,” Jagadish said.

“Home Quarantine and Home Isolations have to be followed strictly. Cases will be booked against the violators,” he warned.
