It is likely to be cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers in the Canara coast on Friday.

The clouds which had covered the sky during Cyclonic wind have now decreased. Parts of Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Uttara Kannada are likely to record Isolated heavyrainfall with thundershowers at most places.
IMD which has issued a yellow alert in the coastal districts has warned about thunderstorm with lightning at isolated places over Coastal Interior Karnataka on June 5th & 6th.

Dakshina Kannada:
June 05 (10 am) to June 06 (8.30 am): Light to Moderate rainfall very likely at most places. Warning: Thundershowers with heavy rainfall.
June 06 (10 am) to June 07 (8.30 am): Light to Moderate rainfall very likely at most places. Warning: Thundershowers with Gusty wind and Widespread Heavy rainfall.
Udupi:
June 05 (10 am) to June 06 (8.30 am): Light to Moderate rainfall very likely at most places. Warning: Thundershowers with heavy rainfall.
June 06 (10 am) to June 07 (8.30 am): Light to Moderate rainfall very likely at most places. Warning: Thundershowers with Gusty wind and Widespread Heavy rainfall.
Uttara Kannada:
June 05 (10 am) to June 06 (8.30 am): Light to Moderate rainfall very likely at most places. Warning: Thundershowers with heavy rainfall.
June 06 (10 am) to June 07 (8.30 am): Light to Moderate rainfall very likely at most places. Warning: Thundershowers with Gusty wind and Widespread Heavy rainfall.

Weather warning for fishermen for Karnataka, Kerala coast and lakshadweep Area (for next 24 hours valid from 6 am of June 5).

Karnataka coast: Nil
Kerala Coast and Lakshadweep area: Strong winds from Southwesterly direction speed reaching 40- 50 kmph likely to prevail along and off
Kerala coast and Lakshadweep area. Fishermen are advised not to venture into sea.
SPECIAL WARNING :
FOR ARABIAN SEA :
Day 1(05.06.2020) to Day 4(08.06.2020): Strong winds with wind speed reaching 45-55 Kmph likely
to prevail over westcentral and southwest Arabian Sea.
Fishermen are advised not to venture into these areas during the period mentioned.
