Millets and Forgotten Foods Cooking Contest: A Culinary Celebration in Sirsi
Karwar, Dec. 12: Food enthusiasts in Uttara Kannada district are gearing up for an exciting showcase of culinary talent at the District-Level Millets and Forgotten Foods Cooking Contest. The event is set to take place on December 23 at 10:00 AM at the Forest College campus in Sirsi.
This unique competition aims to highlight the nutritional and cultural significance of millets and forgotten foods, reviving age-old culinary traditions. Open to all district residents except students, the contest emphasizes vegetarian cooking.
