Heavy rain likely for next four days in Canara coast
Mangaluru: India Meteorological Department has issued warning of heavy to very heavy rainfall for the next four days.
The IMD has stated that heavy rain is likely to occur till 8.30 am of June 26 at isolated places over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka when rainfall would exceed 65 mm.
On June 26 and 27 (till 28th morning) the coastal Karnatak is likely to receive heavy rainfall at isolated places of coastal Karnataka when rain would exceed 125 mm.
Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning at isoalted places over Coastal Karnataka on 24th June.

High waves in the range of 2.8 – 3.3 meters are forecasted during 17:30 hours on 23-06-2020 to 23:30 hours of 24-06-2020
along the coast of Karnataka from Mangalore to Karwar. Surface Current speeds vary between 23 – 33 cm/sec.
