COVID-19: Uttara Kannada records less than 50 cases for second consecutive day
Karwar, Aug 03: For the second consecutive day, Uttara Kannada district recorded less than 50 cases.
On Monday the total cases in the district was as low as 31 and one death. Meanwhile 64 were cured and discharged today.
Of the 31 cases 20 were reported from Haliyal Taluk. The taluk also recorded a death. Siddapura, Yellapura, Joida and Karwar did not report any case.
The total cases in Uttara Kannada district as on Monday is 2,227 of which 559 are active and 1,554 are cured.
