IG S Paramesh visits Coast Guard at New Mangalore
Mangaluru, Dec 08, 2021: Inspector General S Paramesh the Commander of Coast Guard Region (West) interacted with the officers, sailors and defence civilians during his maiden visit to New Mangalore on Dec 6 and 7.
The Flag Officer also reviewed the operational preparedness and combat-readiness of CG Assets.
The Flag Officer also urged ICG assets in Karnataka to maintain a high tempo of operations and concurrently keep a sharp vigil, including stringent security measures to ensure safer seas.
