CFI holds protest against moral policing
They expressed anger against the police for granting bail to the accused in the station
Mangaluru, Sept 28, 2021: Condemning the moral police at Surathkal two days ago, the Campus Front of India (CFI) activists held a protest near Mangaluru Clock tower today.
The protestors also expressed anger against the police for granting station bail for the accused.
“The goons of Sangh Parivar were involved in moral policing at Surathkal on Sunday. They were arrested by the police were granted bail at the police station and released immediately. We condemn this. Shortly we will unite the student community and give a proper answer for this,” district leader Ashfaq Bantwal told while addressing the protestors.
“Sangh Parivar is repeatedly involved in such incidents. The reason for this is the silence of the people,” CFI leader Gausiya said.
CFI leader Usama addressed the protestors.
Mangaluru district president Sarafuddin, secretary Muneer Bajal, Ashraf Porkodi, Riyaz Ankattadka, Fayaz Vitla, Imran Bantwal, Afra, and others were present.
