CFI leaders meet Minority Welfare officials

Mangaluru, July 08, 2021: Campus Front of India (CFI) leaders met Minority Welfare Department Officials and narrated various problems faced by the student community.

They told the officials that the process for applying for a scholarship was a tough task as even minor spelling mistakes due to technical reasons would lead to the rejection of the application.

The leaders demanded the government simplify the process of scrutinizing the application.

“Many students are suffering as they failed to get the scholarship and due to lockdown several have discontinued their education. The government should immediately take necessary steps,” the team comprising CFI Mangaluru City Secretary Muneer Bajal said.

Mangaluru Rural committee treasurer Sarfaraz and Mangaluru City Committee member Uwais Kinya were present.
