Mangaluru, June 06, 2021: Union Minister for Chemical and Fertilizer D V Sadananda Gowda has directed the state government to release 25 thousand doses of Covid vaccines each to DK and Udupi.

Dakshina Kannada district in-charge minister Kota Srinivas Poojary met the minister at Bengaluru today and brought to his notice the shortage of vaccination in two districts. He asked Gowda to increase the supply of vaccines.

As a response, Sadananda Gowda directed Deputy Chief Minister Ashwath Narayan, who holds the charge of vaccination in the state, and directed him and officials to release 25 thousand doses each to Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts.
