Udupi district administration gears up for Nigh Curfew
Udupi, April 09, 2021: With the state government declaring night curfew in Udupi and Manipal, the district administration has made all preparations to effectively implement the ‘Corona Curfew.’
Speaking to reporters Udupi SP Vishnuvardhan said that DySPs will be posted as Nodal Officers to implement the curfew effectively in the cities. Night patrolling will be beefed up and check-posts will be erected.
As there are chances of tourists visited Udupi during weekends and holidays, the district administration has decided to keep an eye on their movement.
