Jai Hind Swimming Club excels at open water contest

Mangaluru, April 01, 2021: Students of Jai Hind Swimming Club have excelled in the open water river swimming competition held at Nandini River- Sasihithlu.

The event was organized by Sri Anjaneya Temple and Vyayama Shale in association with the Government of Karnataka, Department of Youth Empowerment and sports.

Achievers: Aditya G Bhandary and Vindya G Bhandary secured First place with ₹ 5000 cash prize and a champion trophy in 400 m swimming.

Dhanush and Shreeshan secured second place with ₹ 4000 cash prize and trophy in 400 m swimming. Spoorthi has secured third place with ₹ 1000 cash prize in 400 m swimming.

Mohammed Abdul Bashith has secured 4th place.

All the swimmers were trained by Head Coach V Ramakrishna Rao and Rajesh Antony Bengre.
