Uttara Kannada DC opts for COVID vaccine
Karwar, Oct 12, 2021: Uttara Kannada deputy commissioner Dr. Harish Kumar who received COVID vaccination assured it to be safe and asked people not to heed any rumors.
Harish Kumar visited KRIMS-Karwar on Friday.
“The government has started providing vaccination to the frontline workers. I have received the vaccination. It is safe. Frontline workers should not heed to any rumors and voluntarily receive the vaccination,” he said.
Officials of DC’s office too received the vaccination.
KRIMS director Dr. Gajanan Nayak who had undergone heart surgery too received vaccination today.
