Regular OPD services to resume at Dr T M A Pai Hospital
Udupi, oct 14: Regular OPD services of the hospital will be open to the public from October 15 between 9 am and 1 pm.
Though the hospital continues to be a dedicated COVID-19 hospital, the outpatient block is separate from the admission block, Medical Superintendent Dr Shashikiran Umakanth stated in a press communique.
“All precautions related to COVID-19 will be taken including masks, physical distancing, frequent sanitization, and avoiding crowd in the OPD areas. Those who require can avail this facility with prior appointment by calling 7259032864,” he stated.
One person is allowed to accompany only in case of elderly, children, and dependent patients. Mask is essential for everyone entering the hospital,” he added.
