Rangapooja resumes at Kateel
The divine look of Sri Kateeleshwari during the ‘Rangapooja,’ on Wednesday night.
Mangaluru, Sep 02: Rangapooja is one of the famous Sevas at Kateel Sri Durgaparameshwari Temple. Though 12 Rangapooja sevas were being held everyday at the temple before lockdown, the temple administration has decided to hold five for the time being.
Following government directions, temples in the state have resumed the sevas which were stopped in March.
Almost all sevas have resumed at Kateel including Rangapooja. However, those which needs the presence of children below 10 years like Aksharabhyasa have not yet commenced.
