Seven arrested by Bunder police test COVID positive

Mangaluru, July 18: Seven arrested by Bunder police in connection with the recent clash tested COVID positive.

According to sources, Bunder police had arrested several accused in connection with a recent clash in its jurisdiction that took place a few days ago.

As per rules, the samples of the accused were sent for COVID test. Seven accused tested positive for COVID. Following this, the police department has now taken necessary safety proceedings. Those who were in contact with these accused who tested positive are under home isolation.
